With nearly 20 years of experience in hotel development and real estate investment across South Asia, Clement has been involved in over 50 hotel projects in the region, ranging from investment feasibility to design and project management. As the former Head of Development for several hotel chains, initially focusing on Indonesia before overseeing regional APAC position, Clement established his investment advisory and development firm in 2020, specialised in project financing, concept development and project management with a particular focus in resort development in Indonesia, Thailand and Maldives.

Meet Javier Jauhari, the founder of JDS. Javier holds a Master's Degree in Design from Goldsmith University in the UK. His career includes notable achievements, including the prestigious Reddot Award in 2018. With over 8 years of experience collaborating with esteemed architectural studios in Singapore, Javier established JDS in 2022. Presently headquartered in Jakarta and Singapore, JDS is an interior design studio that focuses on narrative-driven craftsmanship in both spatial design and objects. The heart of their approach lies within the commitment of capturing meaningful design by honoring the essence and soul of every space.
Candra Basuki
Project Management & Engineering
Candra Basuki graduated in Civil Engineering from Christian University of Jakarta and has directed his professional focus towards Project Management and Structural Engineering, accumulating a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years. With a track record in overseeing an extensive portfolio of projects, Candra has been involved in the design and development of over 100 real estate projects in Bali, including some of the most prestigious development in the island, including the Saint Regis, Nirwana Resort and Ritz Carlton Ubud.
